Added switch to change gap analysis behaviour

This pull request fixes #3051

Description

Added switch to Gap analysis modal that modifies analysis run - to add or ignore min and max index values specified in the modal. Also added switch to Agent settings under Gap analysis section that sets the default value for the switch value in the modal.
