Pre-release from branch metrics-fixes, automatic build at 1b3b13c3.

This is a CI-built debug APK. It can't update an existing Play Store install in place; uninstall the Play version first to install this build.

next-version

Staging branch for the next EUC Planet release: fixes and refinements shaking
out before they merge to main. Every push rebuilds this rolling pre-release.

What changed is the commit list at the bottom of this release. Skim it, then
test anything that touches your wheel or the features you use. Grab the Wear OS,
HUD and Garmin builds too if you use them, and re-sideload the HUD APK whenever a
commit touches it.

Issues go to https://github.com/eried/eucplanet/issues (or the testing channel).
Include your wheel model and firmware, phone and Android version, and for BLE
problems the diagnostics log (Settings, Diagnostics, Share).
