Summary

  • Add SVE2 optimizations for SynetConvolution32fGemmNT by wiring Sve2::Gemm32fNT (and NEON bias/activation) in SimdSve2SynetConvolution32fGemm.cpp, matching the existing Neon/SSE/AVX pattern.
  • Move Sve2::SynetConvolution32fInit from SimdSve2SynetConvolution32fGemm.cpp into new SimdSve2SynetConvolution32f.cpp, and dispatch GemmNT via the SVE2 class.
  • Extend Test::SynetConvolution32fForwardAutoTest with NCHW small-spatial and NHWC 1x1 dstC==1 cases that select GemmNT; update VS2022 Sve2 project files and release notes for 7.2.165.

Test plan

  • Native x86 Release build + ./Test "-r=.." -fi=SynetConvolution32f -tt=1 -ts=1 — all tests finished successfully; new GemmNT shapes exercised (1x256x3x3, 1x64x3x3, 1x128x16x16-1)
  • aarch64 cross-compile of SimdSve2SynetConvolution32f.cpp and SimdSve2SynetConvolution32fGemm.cpp with -march=armv9-a+sve+sve2 — OK
  • ARM64/SVE2 hardware run of SynetConvolution32f AutoTest for end-to-end SVE2 correctness/performance

Wire Sve2::Gemm32fNT into SynetConvolution32fGemmNT, move
Sve2::SynetConvolution32fInit into SimdSve2SynetConvolution32f.cpp,
extend AutoTest coverage for GemmNT shapes, and document the change
in release 7.2.165.
