This PR adds an automated workflow to deploy Pytexit releases directly to PyPI.
Configures GitHub Actions to build the package and upload it on new releases.
Ensures secure publishing using PyPI API tokens with two‑factor authentication enabled.
Streamlines the release process by removing the need for manual uploads.
Closes #19
