What is the purpose of this pull request?

  • Changes an existing rule
  • Add autofixing to a rule
  • Other, please explain:

Updates the release-please schema to use the main schema rather than a pinned version which is out of date. As long as the action is kept up to date (which renovate will do) then using main should not be an issue.

What changes did you make? (Give an overview)

This will cause it to always use the latest schema even when we haven't updated to it though?

It should stay in sync with:

- uses: googleapis/release-please-action@v4

And it will probably stick to release-please 16.x (currently at 16.18.0)
