Each CVE ID in the vulnerability list and both CVE cross-reference views now links to its NVD detail page, opening in a new tab. Uses the per-record link when present, otherwise builds the deterministic NVD URL from the CVE ID.

Testing
Tested locally and verified links are clickable and open the correct NVD page.
