Description

This changes allow the OEM monitor to easily understand what could be the changes inside the main Node
This would be good idea to separate the node from IPv6 details, going forward it would be better to keep these STACK and record their parameter details separately.

Testing

Used ESP-IDF framework development and Build development environment on Ubuntu to build all the components.
Flash the firmware on ESP board and made sure device got provisioned correctly and verified the details on INSIGHT portal. Snapshot is attached.
