Update and complete Spanish localization

Fixed spanish translation, also add some translations missed.

This PR updates the Spanish localization file (es.lua). It includes corrections to existing translations and adds new translations for entries that were previously untranslated or missing, ensuring a more accurate and complete Spanish (Spain) version.

The primary goal is to enhance the experience for Spanish-speaking users by providing a high-quality, comprehensive, and accurate localization of the project. This addresses previous inaccuracies and omissions in the Spanish translation.

Implementation Details

• A thorough review and correction of existing Spanish translations within the es.lua file to improve accuracy and natural phrasing for Spanish (Spain).
• Identification of localization keys present in en.lua that were missing or untranslated in es.lua, and providing their corresponding Spanish translations.
• Ensuring all new and existing translations align with the "perfect Spanish from Spain" standard previously discussed.
