add (integration) Strata Money

Hello Team,

adding the Strata Money integration. We plan to deploy to mainnet in a week or two. For now, tests are running on the Hoodi Testnet - mainnet currently returns empty balances.

Creating this PR ahead of our mainnet deployment to ensure the integration is correct. A couple of things might not be entirely clear:

• Should we modify the reward_multiplier directly in our adapter, or is this handled on your side during the distribution of points to end users?

• Does get_block_balances return user balances in USDe, or in the user's vault shares - so that your distribution logic calculates points based on the vault's USDe liquidity and each user's share?

Hello Team,
We have already deployed the Vault to the mainnet and included the Vault's address in this PR. The Vault is still in a paused state until our announcement, but it already contains initial deposits. From our perspective, the adapter can be included in the distribution.
