integrates Fluid smart lendings
using SmartLendingResolver: https://github.com/Instadapp/fluid-contracts/blob/main/contracts/periphery/resolvers/smartLending/structs.sol
Tried to keep logic of get_balance and overall integration structure as close as possible the same as the existing, proven, smart collateral integrations
SUSDE implementation integration ID prepared but optional at the moment (no existing smart lending with SUSDE as of now).
