fixed a broken link that pointed to the Optimism blog (
https://blog.oplabs.co/improved-superchain-incident-response/), which no longer exists. the dead reference has been removed to keep the content accurate and avoid confusion.Tests
verified that the removed link no longer appears in the rendered content and that formatting remains consistent.
Additional context
the original page returns a 404 error.
no functional changes were made besides removing the invalid link.
