leaving for author to confim first because even if the value is not referred here it might be used in the actual specs somewhere, in which case recommend author to include that reference in the EIP as well |

delete the MAX_SYNC_COMMITTEE_SLASHINGS entry from the constants table in EIP-7657 because the value is never referenced elsewhere in the specification.
