PayloadAttributesV4insrc/engine/amsterdam.mdfrom the methods section into the structures section.PayloadAttributesV4is a data structure definition, so placing it underStructuresmakes the Amsterdam spec layout consistent with the rest of the document.No semantic API changes are intended.
