Description
This PR addresses issue #5830 by implementing two key UX improvements to the vertical icons panel:
Close Others Functionality: Adds the ability to close all plugins except a specific one through two methods:
A "Close Others" button next to active plugins in the tooltip
A "Close Others" option in the plugin's context menu (right-click menu)
Why
When users have multiple plugins open, it can be difficult to identify and locate the right one. Additionally, there was no easy way to close all plugins except one. These improvements address both issues.
How
Added mouse hover detection to the vertical icons panel
Created a tooltip component that displays all plugin names
Added a "Close Others" functionality accessible via tooltip and context menu
Added smooth CSS animations for better UX
