chore: Release version 0.3.5 and update dependencies

This commit prepares the project for release 0.3.5 and updates several dependencies.

• Updated VERSION_NAME from 0.3.5-SNAPSHOT to 0.3.5 in gradle.properties.
• Updated the following dependencies in gradle/libs.versions.toml:
  • activityCompose from 1.12.2 to 1.12.3
  • androidxNavigation from 2.9.6 to 2.9.7
  • composeBom from 2026.01.00 to 2026.01.01
  • kover from 0.9.4 to 0.9.5
