build: Update Gradle and dependency versions

This commit updates the project's build infrastructure and dependencies:

• Upgrades Gradle wrapper from 9.1.0 to 9.2.1.
• Updates agp to 9.0.1 and kotlin to 2.3.10 in libs.versions.toml.
• Increments versions for activityCompose (1.12.4), composeBom (2026.02.00), and kover (0.9.7).
