This PR adds more detail to `standard.site` documents. In particular it renders Leaflet schemas. * improve rendering of bsky posts too, by sharing stuff for richtext and facets for leaflet and bsky posts * improve css for content Next to that, some improvement to the app launcher capabilities: * add Leaflet, Standard reader for `at://did/site.standard.document/...` urls * add Mu as preferred for new users * add support for the inverse, turning bsky/leaflet/mu/standard reader urls into `at://` urls * next to `at://` urls, also support changing between hashtags
