Update eval-hub-sdk[adapter] dependency from 0.1.3/0.1.4 to 0.1.5 in clear, guidellm, lighteval, and mteb adapters.

What and why

New version of sdk 0.1.5 which no longer writes the termination file is available now and this PR is for integrating to all contrib adapter
Closes # https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/RHOAIENG-55885

Build lighteval test images and tested it to work fine in a dev cluster

Breaking changes

The new images of these adapter requires latest eval-hub

Update eval-hub-sdk[adapter] dependency from 0.1.3/0.1.4 to 0.1.5 in
clear, guidellm, lighteval, and mteb adapters.
