- 主航道完成：D1/D3/D5-3B/A/B/C - Wave C 输出增强已于 2026-05-28 通过 PR #54 落地（本次归档同步 tasks.md 状态） - Wave D 推广文章草稿就绪（docs/articles 已本地删除；发布 deferred） - Wave E runtime 线已被 P8 Protocol Kernel & Runtime Retirement 吸收；手工项 defer - skill-standards-refactor.md 顶部加 status: deferred（保留为 dormant，后续再评估） - _registry.yaml 新增归档条目（status: archived；outcome partial_done 写入 note） - history/index.md + blueprint/README.md 同步指向新归档
