In adjusting the styles in thoughtbot#2492, we removed more specific selectors to pass linting rules. Unfortunately, this broke the situation where you have a checkbox input when editing a `Field::Boolean`. This adds them back in, in a linting happy way. Fixes thoughtbot#2511
Depend on [@hotwired/stimulus][] on the client-side. Add the client-side dependency for `@hotwired/stimulus` to the `package.json`, , then scaffold out the changes to the `application.js` and `controllers/index.js` modules. Next, migrate the jQuery-powered code into controllers: the `select` controller to integrate with `selectize.js` and the `table` controller to manage `<table>` elements. Finally, render each necessary field (`belongs_to`, `has_many`, `polymorphic`, `select`) with the `[data-controller="select"]` attribute (powered by a new `Field#html_controller` method. Replace our client-side dependency on `jquery-ujs` with
[@hotwired/turbo][].
In addition to adding an entry to the `package.json` file, this commit
replaces `[data-confirm]` attributes with `[data-turbo-confirm]`, and
`[data-method]` attributes with `[data-turbo-method]`.
In an effort to minimize the diff, this commit *does not* replace the
`link_to` calls made with `method: :delete` with [button_to][] calls.
Ideally, they'd utilize `button_to` to render a `<form>` element for the
destructive action.
In the future, once that change is complete, the `data: {turbo_method:
:delete}` attributes can once again be passed as `method: :delete`
options.

…2516) The `<a>` element is suitable for [Safe HTTP Methods][] (like `GET`) to drive page navigations. Unsafe HTTP Methods (like `POST`, `PUT`, and `DELETE`) are better initiated by `<form>` submissions. This commit replaces generated calls to `link_to` with calls to `button_to`. The rest of the styling changes aim to preserve design decisions made about preserving the appearance of elements that were once presented as `<a>` elements that are now presented as `<input type="submit">` elements nested within `<form>` elements. While the design changes preserved backwards compatibility, it's worth re-considering the choice to present them as "navigation" links instead of "action" buttons.
