Summary

  • Tunes WebRTC sender output, startup fallbacks, frame pacing, and active-client gating.\n- Adds direct WebRTC frame path, off-capture-queue scaling, NV12 conversion, and final codec handling.\n- Includes stream diagnostics exposure because the later performance path depends on those native stats hooks.

Test plan

  • tsc --noEmit\n- 30 focused tests across WebRTC/grid/tools/middleware\n- oxlint on touched TS/TSX files\n- bun run packages/serve-sim/build.ts
\nNote: this combines the requested "Improve stream performance and frame pacing" plus "Add stream diagnostics" slices because later performance commits depended on the diagnostics counters.
