We have an specific section on the Express Readme for emeritus triage: https://github.com/expressjs/express/blob/c2fb76e99f7379b706a5510b4b2dd08a1b710b7b/Readme.md?plain=1#L221

Seems like the info in these two files should be combined, unless there's a good reason to have similar info in two different places.
But IMO that should be addressed as a separate (and larger) effort.
per https://github.com/expressjs/discussions/blob/master/docs/GOVERNANCE.md#inactivity-and-emeritus-policy-for-any-role moving @carlosstenzel, @chrisdel101, @juliogarciape, and @inigomarquinez to emeritus status, as they've been inactive for 6+ months
I've removed them from the relevant teams, let me know if they want to be added back to the teams, either here or on Slack, and I'll add them back 😊
and thanks a lot for all their contributions
