Make all the packages consistent

• Delete unnecessary gitignore

The last commit removes other CI

That CI file is not being executed. It was left over file from moving color-eyre into this repo. I have removed the jobs from it that are being tested currently in CI. The remaining jobs in them, we need to check later and make sure they are being tested too and if not, add them to current CI.
