(DOCS) - Removal of colours (the incorrect spelling of colors) and replaced with colors in basic readme.

(all jokes aside, it really is slightly jarring to see a variety of spelling variations in open source projects. I would recommend defining a standard to comply with in our contributions guidelines to remove potential oversights in the future.
If approved, updated I'll begin updating all docs to whatever standard is pushed forward (American English or Traditional) consistency is key to success.
