This PR adds ViperKit to the Incident Response tools section.
ViperKit is a portable, offline-first Windows incident response toolkit designed for MSP and IT teams without dedicated security staff, It guides Tier 1/2 technicians through a tabbed Hunt -> Persist -> Sweep -> Cleanup -> Harden -> Case workflow for persistence and artifact discovery, cleanup, hardening, and reporting with guardrails.
