Pull Request resolved: #3386

Tutorial demonstrating using Ax to tune a sklearn model. Uses many of Ax's advanced features.

Exported from bento then ran $ ~/fbcode/bento/scripts/strip_fb.sh fbcode/ax/github/tutorials/automl/automl.ipynb
