[fix] Toast now keeps edge-anchored notifications inside safe-area gutters, queues to one visible toast on compact viewports, wraps long messages or action rows inside narrow layouts, keeps actionable toasts persistent by default, supports touch/pen swipe dismissal with a visible button alternative, and relies on the singleton live region for viewport announcements so controls are not nested in alert/status regions.
