Summary: Sometimes we manually upgrade the device to a higher version and to recover the older version we have to use `curl` instead of `calnex` cli. This diff adds `--force` option which allows pushing a fw version even if it's not > than the one running. Reviewed By: t3lurid3 Differential Revision: D54303192
