Summary: This is an alternate build to getdeps for moxygen. If you have the necessary non-Meta deps installed, you can `cmake -B build -S standalone/ -G Ninja` `cmake --build build --parallel` And it will compile only necessary parts of folly, fizz, wangle, mvfst and proxygen.
