Summary: * Use ENABLE_FUNC_EVENT_MODIFY_QUALNAME on Python 3.15 * Use True for ENABLE_INTERPRETER_LOOP and ENABLE_PEP523_HOOK as they're used on all supported build modes. * Add missing flags ENABLE_PREFORK_MODEL and ENABLE_XXCLASSLOADER.
