Add fine-tuning UI for MusicGen

Add functionality to fine-tune MusicGen with custom music and prepare audio files from a zip of full songs.

• audiocraft/data/audio_dataset.py:

  • Add prepare_audio_files function to handle the preparation of audio files from a zip of full songs.
  • Add fine_tune_musicgen function to handle the fine-tuning process of MusicGen with custom music.

• audiocraft/models/musicgen.py:

  • Add fine_tune function to handle the fine-tuning process of MusicGen with custom music.

• scripts/fine_tune_musicgen.py:

  • Add a new script to handle the fine-tuning process of MusicGen with custom music.

• ui/fine_tune_musicgen_ui.py:

  • Add a new script to create a UI for the fine-tuning process of MusicGen with custom music.
