Why ?
this will handle AsyncEngineDeadError and force Ray to restart the replica, otherwise the replica would just stay with AsyncEngineDeadError but show as "running" and keep taking requests.
This is just observed on R1, but could be generalized to any vllm AsyncEngineDeadError
also update some R1 default params
