Adds Pilot Protocol to the Other tools section — an open-source overlay network giving AI agents a permanent virtual address, encrypted UDP tunnels (X25519 + AES-GCM), STUN/hole-punching NAT traversal with relay fallback, and an explicit per-peer trust model. Implemented in Go with zero external dependencies, AGPL-3.0. A direct topical fit for a networking/NAT-traversal resource list.
Small, single-entry addition (1 line) in alphabetical order alongside the other tools.
