Overview
Updates the js-yaml transitive dependency in tests/client_parity_tests/yarn.lock from 3.14.2 to 3.15.0 (still satisfied via @istanbuljs/load-nyc-config’s js-yaml ^3.13.1 range). No application or test source changes—only the lockfile entry and integrity hash.

3.15.0 backports the maxTotalMergeKeys loader option from v5, which caps how many keys YAML merge (<<) can process in a single load() / loadAll() call and addresses related security concerns around abusive merge payloads.
