Update wildcard routes before bumping axum

With axum = "0.8", the old wildcard syntax used in ProxyServer::build_router (/v1beta/*path, /gemini/v1beta/*path, /gemini/v1/*path) is no longer accepted unless the router explicitly disables the v0.7 checks; axum 0.8 expects /{*path} style wildcards. Because start() always calls build_router() before binding the proxy, this dependency bump makes starting the local proxy panic before it can serve any Claude/Codex/Gemini requests. Please migrate those routes to the 0.8 syntax (or opt out via the router API) as part of this bump.
