Unstick the footer, put at the bottom of the page

I have successfully resolved the footer placement issue on our website by removing the class "fixed-bottom" . The footer now at the bottom of the page consistently. I have submitted a pull request for review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

All the node_modules got added, these need to be removed. It isn't a good practice to commit the node modules directory and it should be ignored in .gitignore

@GauravMakhijani would you be willing to maybe submit another PR and just apply this change to the latest code?

Otherwise if there's no word back in the next few days, I'd suggest this one be closed for now - until someone can pick it up.
