This package allows analysis and display of proteins from Uniprot, including displaying average values and showing a bar chart including average lengths of viruses, plants and animals proteins.
Parser arguments are available for different functions of programs to run, including:
average - shows average value of virus protein lengths
plot_average - shows the bar chart for various protein lengths
--pie - shows a pie chart instead
