The PR that repointed sync-frontend-skills.sh at openai/plugins (#176) committed only the script change, leaving the regenerated skill content uncommitted. This commits the mirrored content: openai-frontend-design's rewritten SKILL.md, the new agents/openai.yaml subagent, the new references/imagegen-website- concepts.md, the deletion of the old LICENSE.txt (openai/plugins has no LICENSE file), and the small blank-line drift in anthropic-frontend-design's SKILL.md.
