Adds the
overleaf-skillsplugin block to the README plugins list. Followup to #191 — that PR shipped the plugin and registered it in the three marketplace files but missed the README listing, so the plugin was discoverable via the marketplace but not advertised on the repo landing page.Uses the bullet-list
**Skills:**format that other first-party plugins use (not the ZIP badge table — those are reserved for vendor-synced plugins whose skills get zipped byrelease.sh).
