What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR updates the introduction page to simplify it and creates a FAQ page, making the docs clearer and easier to read and understand.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #5164

i think this piece may be a little confusing as the components we also have in the documentation don't list the Python SDK (https://docs.feast.dev/getting-started/components) but it does have the feature server.

I removed Python SDK from Core Components and added an User Interfaces section for a better understanding. Let me know what you think!
