Fix search and warnings

Description

This PR fixes

• The Hydration mismatch error in the Dev console related to the TimeToRead component.
• The warning about the logo in the footer
• Search is not working on dev and production (Dev is now working fine - with updated guide, but couldn't validate on docs cause couldn't deploy a branch to GH Pages)
