As per discussion on #487, I scanned
accelerated-domains.china.confthen added intermediate CDN domains.I only include 139 obvious CDN domain names which contains "akadns", "edgekey", "trafficmanager",or "msedge".
There are 450 CNAME records left which I'm not sure if should be included as well.
