Maybe it‘s necessary to remove doubleclick-cn.net from cdn-testlist.txt

> rg -a doubleclick
google.china.conf
44:server=/doubleclick-cn.net/114.114.114.114
45:server=/doubleclick.net/114.114.114.114

cdn-testlist.txt
5:ad.doubleclick.net
16:doubleclick-cn.net

That's a good issue, I've removed the deletion of the server=/doubleclick-cn.net/114.114.114.114

Many subdomains under doubleclick.net are provided within mainline China though. Any idea which domains need proxy to access?

Unfortunately I don't have a reliable way to find out what subdomains are available in China. This is just a problem I found while surfing the web, perhaps this PR is not appropriate.
