Short description of the changes made

  • creates the new UI for displaying a dropdown product selector
  • wires up a faux product selector using dummy data (see mock-data.ts)

How to preview

  • pull down this branch and use pnpm docs:dev to run locally, and you should be able to see the product dropdown populate

What was the motivation & context behind this PR?

  • we want to allow users to be able to create and navigate between multiple products being offered

How has this PR been tested?

  • this PR is not ready to be merged yet -- there are still configuration updates required in order for the schema to accept products within yml files
