Added a few new entries to the results table:
ID: Easier recognition of appropriate results from ID seen in ouput images
Min distance to surface: Minimum Distance from Object center to surface
Max distance to surface: Maximum Distance from Object center to surface
Aspect ratio: Simply dividing Max/Min distance as a proxy for nuclear shape (spherical: ratio closer to 1, flattened: bigger ratio)
Also added appropriate options in the menu
Please note that this is my first ever work in Java and things might be done suboptimal. Feel free to improve!
