Forward logs from our setupIntegration function which runs on deployment to grafana. Probably want a separate filter for this to log any errors/warnings as problems. We expect not to have errors in here.
Double checked and there are not any errors or warnings last few deploys in prod!
Also sets log retention in line with other logs in AWS.
