This commit should re enable pod_lib_lint Firebase Performance tests to be ran (Xcode 16 and up)
We may need to bump GDCWebServer iOS deployment target iOS to iOS 13 to not run into any issues

Discussion

• Re enables pod_lib_lint Firebase Performance tests to see if they run in the CI/CD Pipelines

• Locally all unit tests run and work locally
