Closes SonarCloud S7637 (×8). Pinning oven-sh/setup-bun, ibiqlik/action-yamllint, and sonarsource/sonarqube-scan-action to commit SHAs prevents tag-rewrite supply-chain attacks. Version comments retained for readability.
