fix(deps): move bundled deps to devDependencies - #1908

Everything is bundled into dist/index.js, which is the only published file, so the runtime deps were installed for npm users but never loaded.

Everything is bundled into
dist/index.js, the only published file, so the 23 runtime dependencies were installed for npm users but never loaded, taking an install from 112 packages and 20 MB down to 1 package and 4.7 MB.Summary by cubic
Moved all bundled runtime dependencies to
devDependenciesso npm users don’t install unused packages. This drops install size from ~112 packages/20 MB to 1 package/4.7 MB, with no runtime changes since everything is shipped indist/index.js.dependenciestodevDependencies.fast-urito3.1.5.Written for commit 52b927d.
