Adds an augmentation for a mean mixing ratio field. This allows the limiting of a conservatively transported tracer in manner that doesn't break conservation.
Additionally, a bug fix in the terminator toy chemistry routine, where the labels were given as 'X' and 'X2' instead of using the inputted names (i.e. using any other name for these variables would mean the physics terms were not correctly extracted from the residual).
